8.2.6.5 Error messages
Symbols signalise whether the motion or parameter profile are defective. A defective motion profile
will not be accepted in the dimensioning-dependent MotionDesigner.
Symbol Description
The motion profile contains incorrectly arranged elements.
The parameter profile contains incorrectly arranged elements.
The motion profile does not start or end with the same Y value.
Go tot the parameter area and correct the starting value of the first element or the final value of
the last element so that both values are identical.
Two elements overlap on the X axis. The last or first nodal point of both elements are not connected
to each other.
Shift or edit the elements so that they are connected. Use the flying restart function.
The flying restart function can be set in the ExtrasSettings menu in the "Motion" register
.

The first element on the left starts on the time axis (X axis), not at 0.
Shift the element so that it starts at t = 0.
The parameter profile takes longer than the motion profile.
Limit the parameter profile to the length of the motion profile.
The control signals in the "Controller inhibit" or "Brake" parameter profile do not match the motion
profile.
An active controller inhibit or activated brake are only permitted in standstill phases.
